Privacy Policy

SOFTFORGE DIGITAL LTD (“we”) is the controller of the personal data processed through inker (inker.si). You can reach us about privacy at privacy@inker.si. Our company details are on the Legal information page.

• Account data: your email address, your name if you give it, your password (stored only as a secure hash), the sign-in provider if you use Google or GitHub, your language and country, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
• Payment data: your purchases, amounts, VAT details and invoice information. Card and wallet details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Your content: prompts, uploaded images, and the images and videos you generate, with their settings.
• Coin activity: your balance, coins spent and returned, refunds and promo codes.
• Support: messages you send through the chat, by email or with the contact form, attachments, and context such as the page you were on, your coin balance and your recent generations and payments, so that we can help you.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and logs of requests and errors, used for security and to keep the Service working.
• Usage statistics: we measure how the Service is used with cookieless analytics hosted in the EU.

• To provide the Service and process your purchases (performance of our contract with you).
• To keep accounts and payments secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Service (our legitimate interests).
• To keep accounting and tax records and answer lawful requests (legal obligations).
• To send optional messages where you have agreed to receive them (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

To create your images and videos, your prompts and inputs are sent to AI infrastructure providers that act on our instructions. When you ask for it, an AI language model improves your prompt. Support messages may be machine-translated so that we can reply in your language; replies are always written or reviewed by a person. We do not use your content to train AI models.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run inker, under contracts that protect it:

• hosting, storage and content delivery;
• payment processing and tax calculation (Stripe);
• email delivery;
• AI model infrastructure;
• error monitoring and cookieless analytics.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our users and the Service. We do not sell personal data. A current list of our service providers is available on request from privacy@inker.si.

Our main servers are in the European Union. Some service providers process data in other countries, including the United States. When personal data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to protect it.

• Your generations stay in your library while your account exists. You can delete them at any time.
• Uploaded images are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• When your account is deleted, all its data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
• Detailed request logs are kept for 90 days and basic log records for one year.
• Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@inker.si; we reply within one month.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or to the data protection authority of your EU country.

We only use cookies that the Service needs to work, so we do not show a cookie banner:

• a sign-in session cookie, kept for up to 30 days;
• a cookie that remembers your language;
• a cookie that keeps your support chat connected when you chat without an account;
• bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the sign-up, contact and chat forms;
• Stripe’s own cookies on the checkout page, to process payments and prevent fraud.

We also keep small preferences in your browser, such as the last model you used. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless.

inker is only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact privacy@inker.si.
