AI content disclosure
How inker marks AI-generated content and where we use AI.

Transparency about AI
inker is an AI studio. This page explains how we mark AI-generated content and where we use AI, in line with Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
Everything made in the studio is AI-generated
All images and videos created with inker are generated or edited by AI models. They do not show real events and may contain mistakes.
Machine-readable marking
Images and videos generated with inker carry invisible metadata (IPTC fields in images, metadata in video files) that identifies them as AI-generated. We do not add visible watermarks. Do not remove or change this metadata to hide that content is AI-generated.
When you publish AI content
If you publish content made with inker that resembles real people, objects, places or events and could falsely appear authentic (a “deepfake”), you must clearly disclose that it was artificially generated or manipulated. For work that is evidently artistic, creative, satirical or fictional, a disclosure that does not spoil the work is enough.
The same applies to AI-generated text published to inform the public on matters of public interest, unless a person has reviewed it and takes editorial responsibility for it.
Other uses of AI in inker
- The prompt enhancer uses an AI language model to rewrite your prompt when you ask it to.
- Support messages may be machine-translated so that we can reply in your language. Replies are written or reviewed by a person and are never sent automatically.
- Apart from the safety measures in our Acceptable Use Policy, we do not use AI to make decisions about your account.
