Terms of Service

The agreement between you and SOFTFORGE DIGITAL LTD for using inker.

Last updated: October 3, 2026

About these terms

These terms govern your use of inker, the AI studio at inker.si (the “Service”). The Service is operated by SOFTFORGE DIGITAL LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). Our company details are on the Legal information page.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms, to our Acceptable Use Policy and to our Coins & Refunds policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Who can use inker

  • You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm this when you sign up.
  • You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
  • Your account is personal, and you are responsible for what happens in it.
  • Tell us promptly at support@inker.si if you think someone else has access to your account.

The Service

inker lets you create images and videos with AI models that we select. We may add, change or remove models, features and settings, for example when a model is retired or improved.

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Generations are carried out for us by third-party AI infrastructure.

Coins and payments

Generations are paid for with coins. You buy coins in one-time packs; there is no subscription. The coin price of a generation is shown before you start it, and that is the amount we charge, never more.

If a generation fails, coins are returned as described in our Coins & Refunds policy, which also covers free coins, expiry, your right of withdrawal and refunds. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in the prompts, images and other material you provide (“Inputs”). As between you and us, the images and videos you generate (“Outputs”) belong to you, to the extent the law allows rights in them.

AI output may not be protected by copyright, may resemble output created for other people, and we cannot guarantee that it is free of third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use Inputs and Outputs, and you must have the rights needed for every Input you upload.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process and transmit your Inputs and Outputs only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending them to the AI infrastructure that performs your generations. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Private by default

Your library is private. If you create a share link, anyone with the link can view that item until you remove the link or delete the item.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. inker is for safe-for-work content only. AI models may refuse prompts that break their content rules; after repeated refusals we may pause generation on your account for 24 hours and review it.

AI-generated content

Outputs are created by AI and can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. Outputs carry invisible metadata that identifies them as AI-generated; do not remove it. If you publish an Output that could be mistaken for a real person, place or event, you must make clear that it is AI-generated, as explained in our AI content disclosure.

Suspension and closure

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that is involved in fraud or payment disputes, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. What happens to your coins in these cases is described in the Coins & Refunds policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights that consumer law gives you.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business or data, and our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the Service before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Language

These terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience; if they differ, the English version prevails.
