Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. inker is for safe-for-work creative use. It applies to everything you upload, generate or share with the Service.

• Sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including nudity.
• Any sexualised, abusive or exploitative content involving minors, or content that appears to show minors in such situations. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
• Intimate or sexual imagery of real people, and content that harasses, humiliates or bullies a real person.
• Deepfakes or impersonation meant to deceive: fake images or videos of real people, places or events presented as genuine, including political or election disinformation.
• Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or hatred against people because of protected characteristics.
• Graphic violence or gore, content that encourages self-harm, and content that threatens or incites violence.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights, including uploading images you do not have the right to use.
• Any other illegal content, including content that helps commit fraud or other crimes.

• Trying to get around safety filters, limits or coin prices, or to access other people’s accounts or data.
• Creating several accounts to collect free coins, or misusing promo codes.
• Scraping, reselling or automating access to the Service without our written permission.
• Attacking, overloading or probing the Service, or uploading malware.
• Using payment methods you are not authorised to use.

AI models refuse prompts that break their rules. After three refusals within 24 hours, generation on your account is paused for 24 hours and we review the account. We may remove content or share links, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and report illegal content to the authorities.
